1. Agreement and website use

These terms apply when you visit instance-servicecore.digital or engage Instance ServiceCore for app analytics consulting. By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse its content.

2. Information, proposals, and services

Website content is general information, not a professional recommendation for your specific product. Services, scope, timing, fees, deliverables, client responsibilities, and acceptance criteria are confirmed in a separate written proposal or agreement. Website pricing is indicative and is not an offer or checkout facility.

3. Client responsibilities

Clients must provide lawful access to accurate data, relevant context, and timely feedback. Clients remain responsible for permissions, privacy notices, consent, data retention, product decisions, and implementation. We may pause work when access or instructions are materially incomplete.

4. Confidentiality and data

We use client information only to perform agreed work and protect confidential information with reasonable care. Any additional confidentiality, security, deletion, or data-processing obligations must be stated in the engagement agreement.

5. Intellectual property

We retain ownership of pre-existing methods, templates, and general know-how. After full payment, the client may use engagement-specific deliverables for its internal business purposes unless the proposal grants broader rights. Website text, design, and branding may not be copied without permission.

6. Analytics limitations

Analysis depends on the quality and completeness of available evidence. Findings are estimates and interpretations, not guarantees of product, financial, or business outcomes. We identify known material limitations, but clients make and own their decisions.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability related to an engagement is limited to fees paid for the affected services, except where a limitation is prohibited by law.

8. Ending an engagement

Cancellation and refunds follow our refund policy and any signed agreement. Provisions concerning payment, confidentiality, intellectual property, and liability survive termination where applicable.

9. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Contact hello@instance-servicecore.digital before starting formal proceedings so we can try to resolve a concern in good faith.
